  If the motor of your Hy-Security Gate Opener is running but the gate isn't moving, consider the following: 1. Check the manual bypass valve and close it if it's open. 2. If you have a three-phase power supply and the motor is running clockwise, reverse any two of the three lines. 3. Inspect the fluid level in the reservoir. See the maintenance instructions for guidance. 4. If the arm is closed and won't open, try manually lifting it to assist. This could indicate that the open brake valve is set too tight or the pressure relief valve is set too low. 5. If the arm is open and won't close, examine the close brake valve setting.

  If your Hy-Security Gate Opener doesn't respond to the open and close buttons, here's what you can check: * First, ensure that the line voltage is present and matches the operator voltage within a 10% range. * Next, verify that control voltage is present at the power supply Common and 24VDC terminals. You might need to reset the circuit breaker (black button) on the transformer. * Confirm that a jumper wire connects Common to Stop, unless you're using an external stop button. * Check the LCD display for any Faults or Errors. * If the gate is open and an open input is active, a close input won't work until the open input is cleared.
