Why is my Hyundai Car Navigation system unable to identify the current location?
    • D
      Dana PageAug 10, 2025
If your Hyundai Car Navigation system cannot identify the current location, it could be due to several reasons. GPS signals may be obstructed indoors or in areas where the road is curvy. Ensure the device is connected to a power source with ACC in a vehicle where it can easily receive a signal from the sky. Also, the starting, passing and arriving locations may be too close within 1km. Newly built roads may not yet be updated on the map. When the GPS receiver is installed, there can be an error of about 10m.

What to do if I cannot see the map on my Hyundai IX35 Car Navigation system?
    • P
      Paige CobbAug 17, 2025
If you cannot see the map on your Hyundai Car Navigation system, check if the product is connected to a power source, as an unstable GPS connection may be the cause. If the data within the memory is damaged, delete all the data and install it again. Obstructions like high buildings or trees can also interfere; try moving to a location where there aren’t any obstacles.
