2. Grasping it by the bale, gently but firmly pull the SFP out of the port (see 2 in
Figure 23).
3. Replace the protective cover on the SFP module.
4. Place the SFP module into a static-protective package.
5. Replace the protective cover on the switch port.
6. Repeat this procedure for any additional SFPs, as required.
