q Unscrew 1 screw, A (2 × 10 mm), and remove 1 washer, B.
w Unscrew 3 screws, C (2 × 8 mm).
e Remove the rear panel and rubber from the front panel.
q Unscrew 1 nut, D.
w Unscrew 2 screws, E (2 × 6 mm).
e Take off the chassis unit in the direction of the arrow.
r Unplug, F, to separate the front panel, J251, and the
chassis unit.
t Remove 1 washer, G.
NOTE:
A : For IC-M2A only.
B : For IC-M32 only.

Removing the MAIN unit
q Unscrew 7 screws, H (2 × 4 mm).
w Unsolder 3 points, I, and remove earth plate.
e Separate the MAIN unit and the chassis.
NOTE: The chassis panel MP31 is a
common parts for IC-M2A and IC-M32.
Need to screw the MP42 (C) to the B
location for IC-M32.
