Fit the remaining sections in the order given (1 by 1)
proceeding as per figures 3, 4, 5 and 6. Leave the assembly
tool in place.

Put the special assembly tool in place. Tighten progressively,
so as to bring the upper and lower connections together
equally and at the same time.
