on(s) or modied part(s) not exempted by the California Air Resources
Board or the U.S. EPA may be reason for not warranting a claim, at the
discretion of Ilmor Marine, LLC. In the case of non-exempted add-on(s)
or modied part(s) causing failure to a warranted part, the warranted part
will not be covered.
Emission Control System Warranty
Ilmor Marine, LLC will warranty select emission-related control
components for 3 years or 480 hours of operation, whichever rst occurs;
for engines with maximum power greater than 373 kW (500 bhp) but less
than or equal to 485 kW (650 bhp), select mechanical emission-related
components will be warranted for 3 years or 150 hours of operation,
whichever rst occurs.
