  If the IN-COMMAND Measuring Instruments Display Commander (DC) won't turn on or the front panel isn't working, try these steps: * First, check for +12VDC on the Positive (+) input at the back of the DC. * Next, verify there is Ground on the Negative (-) input, also on the back of the DC. * Then, inspect the fuse in the Distribution Panel. * Finally, attempt to cycle the power using the power button.

  If the IN-COMMAND Measuring Instruments DC screen is flashing after installation, follow these steps: 1. Disconnect the power wires from the back of the DC. 2. Turn off all power to both the DC and BCM. 3. Reconnect the power wires to the DC. 4. Restore power to the DC and BCM. 5. Press the Reset button on the BCM.
