To return the folded seats to the upright position:
Lift the seat back.
Make sure that the outboard shoulder belts are not
trapped behind or
adjacent to the seat back by pulling it
forward while returning the seat back to its upright and
locked position.
Lock the seat back into place.
Make sure that the seat belt buckles are visible and
accessible once the seat bottom is put into place.
Replace the head restraint.
Make sure that the rear seat is locked into position
before your Grenadier is taken out of P (Park) and driven.
If the red indicator on the loop strap is visible, the seat back has
not been locked.
Occupants might be injured if your Grenadier is
operated with unlocked, upright seat backs.
WARNING: Failure to follow these instructions and
precautions may result in serious injury and death.
WARNING: The vehicle battery and electrical components
are stored under
the rear bench seat. Do not store any
objects under the seat bottom cushion. Doing so could
lead to exposure to toxins or a re, and could result in
serious injury and death.
