What to do if the inform DSP FLEXIPOWER UPS Red Fault LED lights up?
    • N
      norrisjohnAug 3, 2025
If the inform UPS red fault LED is lit, first ensure the battery connection is properly secured. Then, recharge the batteries for 8 hours to see if the UPS functions normally. Also, remove any overload, check and replace damaged AC power cables, remove any short circuits at the EPO terminal, and clear any obstructions from the ventilation holes. Verify that the cooling fans on the rear panel are working correctly. Ensure the UPS is operating normally; if it's in CVCF mode, turn it off and on again. In parallel UPS setups, all parameters except the ID Number must be identical. Reconnect the RJ-45 wire or set a UPS with ID=1.0. If the UPS is in CVCF mode, bypass input is prohibited; turn off the UPS and bypass input before restarting. If problems persist, consult your local distributor.
