CAUTION!! Do not apply anti-oxidant substance on the terminals before terminals are
connected tightly.
CAUTION!! Before making the final DC connection or closing the DC breaker/disconnector,
make sure positive (+) is connected to positive (+) and negative (-) is connected to negative (-).
AC Input/Output Connection
CAUTION!! Before connecting to the AC input power source, please install a separate AC breaker between the
inverter and the AC input power source. This will ensure the inverter can be securely disconnected during
maintenance and fully protected from over current of the AC input. The recommended spec of the AC breaker is
10A for 1KVA, 20A for 2KVA, 32A for 3KVA, 40A for 4KVA and 50A for 5KVA.
CAUTION!! There are two terminal blocks with “IN” and “OUT” markings. Please do NOT misconnect the input
and the output connectors.
WARNING! All wiring must be performed by qualified personnel.
WARNING! It is very important for the system’s safety and an efficient operation to use an appropriate cable for
the AC input connection. In order to reduce the risk of injury, please use the proper recommended cable size as
below.
Suggested cable requirement for AC wires
Please follow the steps below to implement the AC input/output connection:
1. Before making the AC input/output connection, make sure to open the DC protector or disconnector first.
2. Remove the 10mm insulation sleeve for six conductors, and shorten phase L and the neutral conductor N 3
mm.
3. Insert the AC input wires according to the polarities indicated on the terminal block and tighten the terminal
screws. Make sure to connect the PE protective conductor ( ) first.
