Print Z-totals
Prints out the totals from the moment the last z-total was printed. Totals will be reset after
printing.
Print Period Totals

Retrieves and prints the previous period totals from the acquiring/processing hosts.

Retrieves and prints both current and previous period totals from the acquiring/processing
hosts.
