Appendix C: Clock Management System Support
Clock Management System. A clock management system collects status from clocks
and provides options for managing a collection of clocks. The mgmt command and
associated DHCP options (see Appendix A: Clock Configuration) specify how to
configure clocks to communicate with the Inova OnTime Management system.
Inova OnTime Management System Packet. When the clock is configured for Inova
OnTime Management support, the clock will send to the configured cloudserver
address a status packet listing the clock's ethernet (MAC) address, fully qualified
hostname, IP address, clock model, firmware version, clock registration token, and the
current NTP synchronization status.
