5 Simple Diagnosis
5.1 Brief Introduction
The AC drive's parameter U0-72 allows you to perform simple diagnosis. It displays the
total times of CAN bus disconnection caused by strong inference since the AC drive is
powered on.
5.2 Diagnosis
If the value of U0-72 is greater than 0 and does not increase, long-time strong inference
occurred before. If the value of U0-72 is greater than 0 and increases within 5 minutes,
the network is suering from strong inference or the conguration is incorrect. In this
case, perform troubleshooting accordingly.
5.3 Troubleshooting
Check all nodes to see whether the baud rate and address conguration are consistent,
the DIP switch setting is correct, and the baud rate and address conguration of the
master controller is correct.
Check whether the termination resistor is only connected to the two ends of the bus.
Power o all devices and use a multimeter to check the resistance between CANH and
CANL. The normal resistance range is 50 to 60 Ω.
Check whether CANH and CANL are connected reversely and the bus terminal CGND is
connected. (Generally, you only need to connect CGND of all devices without grounding
CGND.)
