Possible Cause Solution Fault Type
Overvoltage at
constant speed
E07.00 The overvoltage stall
prevention parameters
are set improperly.
Ensure that the overvoltage stall prevention
function is enabled (F3‑23 = 1).
The overvoltage stall prevention voltage (F3‑
22) is too high. Adjust it between 700 V and
770 V.
The overvoltage stall prevention frequency
gain (F3‑24) is too low. Adjust it between 30
and 50.
Axis fault
An external force drives
the motor during
running.
Cancel the external force or install a braking
resistor.
The maximum rise frequency during
overvoltage stall prevention (F3‑26) is too
small. Its recommended range is 5 Hz to 15
Hz. Adjust this parameter when an external
force is applied.
E07.01 The bus voltage of
single‑phase AC drive is
too high.
Check whether the bus voltage of single‑
phase AC drive exceeds 410.0 V.
Axis fault
Undervoltage E09.00 An instantaneous power
failure occurs.
Enable the power dip ride‑through function
(F9‑63 0).
Axis fault
The input voltage of the
AC drive is beyond the
specified range.
Adjust the input voltage of the AC drive to
the normal range.
The bus voltage is
abnormal.
Seek technical support.
The power supply unit,
the driver board in the
drive unit, or the control
board in the drive unit is
abnormal.
Seek technical support.
AC drive overload E10.00 The load is too heavy or
the motor rotor is
locked.
Reduce the load, and check the motor and
mechanical conditions.
Axis fault
The AC drive power
class is too low.
Replace the AC drive with one of higher
power class.
The control mode is
SVC, and motor auto‑
tuning is not performed.
Set the motor parameters according to the
motor nameplate and perform motor auto‑
tuning.
The control mode is V/f
control.
The torque boost (F3‑01) is too large.
Decrease it by 1.0% gradually, or set it to 0
(automatic torque boost).
