7.4 PROGRAMMA AUTOMATICO N°98. (SCARICO MANUALE DEL BOILER)
ATTENZIONE QUESTO PROGRAMMA VIENE ATTIVATO SOLO PER LE VERSIONI DI FORNI DOTATI DEL GENERATORE DI VAPORE.
Il sistema elettronico prevede, per i forni dotati di boiler, un programma (il n°98) per lo scarico manuale
dell’acqua dal boiler ed i parametri in esso contenuti sono fissi e non modificabili.
Il programma si seleziona sul display (A) con la manopola dell’encoder, si attiva premendo il tasto START,
e ha una durata di 5 minuti.
Per tutta la durata del programma, viene attivata la valvola di sfiato della camera di cottura.
Al termine del programma il sistema elettronico abilita lo stato di macchina pronta per eseguire altri programmi.
7.4 AUTOMATIC PROGRAM N°98. (MANUAL DISCHARGE OF THE BOILER)
ATTENTION: THIS PROGRAM CAN BE STARTED ONLY ON THE OVENS WITH STEAM GENERATOR
For the models equipped with steam generator, we have foreseen a cycle of manual water discharge,
corresponding to the program n°98 , whose parameters cannot be modified.
On the display (A)turn the encoder-knob to select the program, Press START to begin the program, whose
duration is of 5 minutes.; during this cycle the cooking chamber release valve opens automatically.
At the end of this program, the oven is ready to select other programs.
7.4 AUTOMATISCHES PROGRAMM N°98. (MANUELLES BOILERABFLUSS)
ACHTUNG: DIESES PROGRAMM GIBT ES NUR FÜR DIE MODELLE MIT DAMPFERZEUGER
Für die Modelle mit Boiler hat man ein Zyklus manuelles Boilerabfluss vorgesehen. Dieser Zyklus ist das
Programm n° 98, seine Parameter sind nicht zu verändern.
Auf dem Display (A) den Encoder-Knopf drehen, um das Programm zu wählen, die Taste START drücken
um das Programm zu starten, es dauert 5 Minuten und das Dampfablassventil des Garraums wird
automatisch geöffnet.
Am Ende des Programms ist der Ofen in der Position bereit für andere Programme.
7.5 PROGRAMMA AUTOMATICO N°99 (FINE LAVORO)
ATTENZIONE: QUESTO PROGRAMMA VIENE ATTIVATO SOLO PER LE VERSIONI DI FORNI DOTATI DEL GENERATORE DI VAPORE.
Il sistema elettronico prevede il programma automatico n°99 che consiste in un lavaggio del boiler per ridurre la formazione di calcare e il deposito
all’interno del boiler di altri sedimenti presenti nell’acqua.
Questo programma va eseguito sempre al termine del lavoro, se sono stati eseguiti cicli di cottura che
abbiano richiesto il funzionamento del boiler.
Il boiler verrà messo in funzione fino al raggiungimento della max. pressione.
Allo scarico dell'acqua seguirà un risciacquo per il completamento del ciclo di lavaggio.
Il programma si seleziona sul display (A) con la manopola dell'encoder e si attiva premendo il tasto
START, ha una durata di 7 minuti circa. Al termine di questo ciclo il display grafico visualizzerà la schermata di “stand-by”.
7.5 AUTOMATIC PROGRAM NO.99 (END OF THE WORK)
ATTENTION:
THIS PROGRAM CAN BE SELECTED ONLY ON THE OVENS EQUIPPED WITH STEAM GENERATOR.
The electronic system foresees the automatic program n°99, that consists of a boiler cleaning in order to reduce lime scale incrustations and other water
sediments inside the boiler. This program must be always selected at the end of the day, if you used
cooking cycles using the boiler.
The boiler is activated till it reaches the max. pressure. After the boiler discharge, there will be a rinsing
phase to complete the washing cycle. You can select this program on the display (A) by turning the
encoder-knob and pressing the button START; This program lasts about 7 minutes.
At the end of this cycle you will see on the display the message “stand by”.
7.5 AUTOMATISCHES PROGRAMM N°99 (ENDE DER ARBEIT)
ACHTUNG: DIESES PROGRAMM GIBT ES NUR BEI DEN MODELLEN MIT DAMPFERZEUGER
Das elektronische System sieht das automatische Programm n°99 vor, das aus einem Reinigungszyklus besteht, um die Kalksteinreste und andere
Wassersedimente im Boiler zu verringern.
Dieses Programm soll am Ende eines jeden Tages gemacht werden, und ist besonders empfohlen, wenn
man Dampfzyklen gebraucht hat.
Der Dampferzeuger wird in Betrieb gesetzt, bis die höchste Temperatur erreicht wird; Nach dem
Boilerablass, folgt die Boilerspülung.
Auf dem Display (A) den Encoder-Knopf drehen und die Taste START drücken, um das Programm zu
starten.
Das Programm dauert zirka 7 Minuten. Am Ende dieses Zyklus, erscheint der Display die Schrift “stand by”.
