Message T.OUT BOIL. FILL. (it’s flashing on the display)
Diagnosis Too much time to load the water into the boiler.
Defect
The steam generation is not working.
User behaviour
You can keep on using the oven only with convection mode
Call the technical Service.
Remarks for the
technical Service
Check the functioning of the water loading system, check the filter of the solenoid valve for water inlet and eventually that one
installed upstream are not obstructed.
Check the discharge valve for the boiler is not leaking.
Check the regular functioning of water level probes.
Message NO WATER (it’s flashing on the display)
Diagnosis Insufficient water pressure in the water main.
Defect
The steam generation is not working.
User behaviour
Check the on-off valve situated upstream is open
If the flashing message does not disappear , call the technical service.
Remarks for the
technical service
Check the functioning of the boiler pressure switch, eventually replace it
Message CORRUPTED DATA (fixed on the display)
Diagnosis Parameters of the electronic card are wrong
Defect
All cooking modes do not work correctly.
User behaviour Call the technical service.
Remarks for the

Reset the system.
Message BOILER DESCAIL. (it’s flashing on the display)
Diagnosis Select as soon as possible the program n°97 to descail the boiler.

Diagnosis Rinsing cycle-inside the automatic washing system-not correctly carried out

Possible detergent residuals inside the cooking chamber
User behaviour
Do the foreseen safety procedure. Press START, the electronic system will activate only the rinsing function,5 minutes long, at the
end of which you will see the stand-by screen.
Remarks for
technical service
Check the water system is working well, fittings are not obstructed, the water pressure is ok and the electro valves are working
regularly.
Message TIME-OUT CHAMB.HEAT (it’s flashing on the display)
Diagnosis The Cooking chamber washing cycle stops because the cooking chamber heating system doesn’t work properly.
Defect
The cooking chamber is not cleaned for the ovens with direct injection of steam, and it’s not dried up for the ovens with boiler.
User behaviour Repeat the cooking chamber washing cycle. If the defect remains, call the technical service

Check the proper functioning of the cooking chamber heating system.
Message BOILER DISCHARGE FAILED (it’s flashing on the display)
Diagnosis The boiler discharge cycle failed.
Defect
In a short period of time there will be a bigger obstruction in the boiler due to the lime scale incrustations and other water sediments
User behaviour Repeat the boiler discharge cycle, program n° 98. When the defect remains, call the technical service
Remarks for
technical service
Check the correct functioning of the discharge valve, eventual lime scale incrustation in the boiler and inside the discharge pipes.
Message HIGH PRESS DETERG (it’s flashing on the display) alternating with the number of the program
Diagnosis Too high pressure in the detergent loading system, for the full-automatic washing system
Defect
The cooking chamber is not washed
User behaviour Repeat the full-automatic washing cycle, program n° 96. If the defect remains call the technical service
Remarks for
technical service
Check the correct functioning of the detergent pump, and also check the piping through which the detergent flows are not
obstructed.
Message WASHING CYCLE FAILED (fixed on the display)
Diagnosis Cooking chamber washing cycle failed, because the operator hasn’t sprayed the detergent within the foreseen time
Defect
The cooking chamber is not washed
User behaviour See the paragraph 7.2i
