You can use Bake to proof dough and bake foods like breads, cakes and
pastries.
Choose from these settings in the Bake Smart Program:

How to bake
Prep
1. Prepare your ingredients according to your recipe.
2. Place the ingredients into an oven-safe baking dish that fits in the
Pro cooker base.
Leave approximately 1”/ 2.5 cm of space around all sides of the baking dish
to allow heat to circulate evenly.
