• Infants have suffocated on inflatable mattresses. Never place infant aged birth to 15 months to sleep on this
inflatable air mattress / air bed. Infants can suffocate on an underinflated or deflated mattress, on bedding, by
co-sleeping with another person, and by entrapment between the mattress and bed frame or between the
mattress and a vertical surface.
• Childrencanbeentrappedbetweentheinflatablemattressandanadjacentverticalsurface.Provideatleast
a shoulder width space between the inflatable mattress / airbed and adjacent vertical surfaces such as walls,
dressers or other objects.
• Alwayskeeptheinflatablemattressfullyinflatedwheninuse.

Make sure the area is flat, smooth, free of sharp objects that could puncture the bed and keep away from ledges.
• Keeppetsawayfromtheairbed.Petsmaypuncturethesurfaceofthebed.
• Avoidsleepingontheedgeoftheairbed.Edgesproducelesssupportthanthemiddleofthebed.
• Donotoperateairpumpformorethan5minutesatatime.Letpumpcoolatleast15minutesbetweenuse.
• Unplugelectricalpowercordwhennotinuse.Todisconnect,turnallcontrolstotheoffposition,thenremove
plug from outlet.
• Neveroperatethefurnishingwiththeairopeningsblocked.Keeptheairopeningsfreeoflint,hair,andthelike.
Never drop or insert object into any opening.

Never operate this furnishing if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working properly, if it has been dropped
ordamaged,ordroppedintowater.Returnthefurnishingtoaservicecenterforexaminationand/orrepair.
• IftheACsupplycordisdamaged,itmustbereplacedbythemanufactureroritsserviceagentinorderto
avoid a hazard.

    Why is my Intex Quickfill AP619D not working?

      Ensure the Intex Water Pump is plugged into a working power outlet. Then, rotate the control dial all the way clockwise to start inflation. If it still doesn't work, the pump's motor thermo-protector might have activated. In that case, switch off the pump, unplug it, and let it sit for over 30 minutes before trying again. If the pump remains defective after these steps, contact an Intex service center for a replacement.

    What to do if my Intex Quickfill AP619D motor is running but the airbed isn't inflating or deflating?

      Ensure the control dial on your Intex Water Pump is correctly set. To inflate, turn the dial fully clockwise until it stops. To deflate, turn it fully counterclockwise until it stops.

    What to do if air is escaping through the pump air passage or manual inflation port of my Intex Quickfill AP619D after inflation?

      First, make sure the air passage is completely closed by turning the control dial to the center closed/pump off position. Also, check that the manual inflation port cap is securely closed by pushing the cap firmly into the port.

    How to fix air leakage between the internal air pump and the pump holder frame of my Intex Quickfill AP619D Water Pump?

      First, make sure the pump is securely attached by holding the outer rim and pushing in while turning it fully clockwise until the side tabs lock. If air is still leaking, the pump's O-ring might be dirty. Remove the pump, take out the O-ring, and clean it with water. Replace it carefully, ensuring the pump holder frame's inner wall is clear of dust. If the airbed beam threads are caught, remove the pump and carefully replace it, keeping the threads away from the frame. Lastly, check if the O-ring is twisted or damaged; realign or replace it, contacting Intex for a replacement if needed.
