TOPRODUCTSMANUFACTUREDAFTERJULY4,1975.
Thiswarrantyisextendedonlytotheoriginalpurchaser/userof
ourproducts.
Thiswarrantygivesyouspeciclegalrightsandyoumayalso
haveotherlegalrightswhichvaryfromstatetostate.
Invacarewarrantsitsproducttobefreefromdefectsin
materialsandworkmanshipforoneyearfortheoriginal
purchaser .Ifwithinsuchwarrantyperiodanysuchproduct
shallbeproventobedefective,suchproductshallberepaired
orreplaced,atInvacare'soption.Thiswarrantydoesnot
includeanylabororshippingchargesincurredinreplacement
partinstallationorrepairofanysuchproduct.Invacare'ssole
obligationandyourexclusiveremedyunderthiswarrantyshall
belimitedtosuchrepairand/orreplacement.
Forwarrantyservice,pleasecontactthedealerfromwhom
youpurchasedyourInvacareproduct.Intheeventyoudonot
receivesatisfactorywarrantyservice,pleasewritedirectlyto
Invacareattheaddressonthebackpage.Providedealer's
name,address,modelnumber,andthedateofpurchase,
indicatenatureofthedefectand,iftheproductisserialized,
indicatetheserialnumber .
InvacareCorporationwillissueareturnauthorization.The
defectiveunitorpartsmustbereturnedforwarrantyinspection
usingtheserialnumber,whenapplicable,asidentication
withinthirty(30)daysofreturnauthorizationdate.DONOT
returnproductstoourfactorywithoutourpriorconsent.C.O.D.
shipmentswillberefused;pleaseprepayshippingcharges.

APPLYTOPROBLEMSARISINGFROMNORMALWEAROR

CIRCUMSTANCESBEYONDINVACARE'SCONTROL;PRODUCTS
REPAIREDBYANYONEOTHERTHANANINVACAREDEALER,
SUCHEVALUATIONSHALLBESOLELYDETERMINEDBYINVACARE.
THEFOREGOINGEXPRESSWARRANTYISEXCLUSIVEANDINLIEU
OFALLOTHEREXPRESSWARRANTIESWHATSOEVER,WHETHER
EXPRESSORIMPLIED,INCLUDINGTHEIMPLIEDWARRANTIES
OFMERCHANTABILITYANDFITNESSFORAPARTICULAR
PURPOSEANDTHESOLEREMEDYFORVIOLATIONSOFANY
WARRANTYWHATSOEVER,SHALLBELIMITEDTOREPAIROR
REPLACEMENTOFTHEDEFECTIVEPRODUCTPURSUANTTOTHE
TERMSCONTAINEDHEREIN.THEAPPLICATIONOFANYIMPLIED
WARRANTYWHATSOEVERSHALLNOTEXTENDBEYONDTHE

INVACARESHALLNOTBELIABLEFORANYCONSEQUENTIALOR
INCIDENTALDAMAGESWHATSOEVER.
THISWARRANTYSHALLBEEXTENDEDTOCOMPLYWITH
STATE/PROVINCIALLAWSANDREQUIREMENTS.
