ThisistocertifythatyourInvacare®Softform®Mattressis
warrantedbyInvacareLtdforaperiodstatedintheTable
“TechnicalData”ofthisuserguide.TheWarrantyofyour
Invacare®Softform®productisvalidfromtimeofshipping.
IfadefectorfaultisdiscoveredtheInvacare®customer
orLocalBusinessDevelopmentManagerfromwhomthe
appliancewasobtainedmustbenotiedimmediately.The
manufacturerwillnotacceptresponsibilityfordamage
causedbymisuseornon-observanceoftheinstructionsset
outinthisuserguide.Duringtheperiodofthewarranty,
anyproductsthathavebecomedefectiveduetofaulty
workmanshipormaterialswillberenewedwithoutcharge.
Thewarrantywillbeforfeitedshouldanyunauthorized
alterationbemadetotheequipment.Bothwarrantyand
reretardancyCerticationwillbecomenullandvoidif
non-Invacare®sparesareusedonanyInvacare®Mattress
products.Thepurchaser’sstatutoryrightsunderthe
ConsumerProtectionActarenotaffected.

Itcanbeusedsafelyinstaticmode(deated)forstatic
pressureredistribution,orindynamicmode(inated)should
analternatingpressuresupportsurfaceberequired.*
