switching, the threshold needs to be higher than
the threshold of P15.30.
If the value is 0.0, the function is disabled.
The default value depends on model.
For models of 220V:
0.75kW: 100.0V
1.5kW, 2.2kW and 4kW: 120.0V
For models of 380V:
2.2kW–5.5kW: 240.0V
