If your ION Camcorder won't record videos or photos, the issue might be due to several reasons. First, ensure that a MicroSD card (2GB – 32GB class 6 or higher) is properly inserted. Second, the memory card may be full, so try replacing it with one that has available space. Finally, a camera malfunction could be the cause; in this case, try resetting the camera.
