The preferred cleaning flow rates are nominal product flow (midpoint of the ranges above)
and reject flow of 0.35 x nominal product flow (for Gen 2 VNX spacer). EX and E have
lower reject flow due to 2-pass and 3-pass concentrate, respectively.
