3. Insert new corner pre-packaged sleeve of corners.

4. Close presser cover.

D. PREPARATION FOR OPERATION

1. Apply electrical power by pressing in the push-button POWER ON switch. The switch will

be illuminated green when power is applied.

2. Apply air pressure to the machine.

3. Slide the duct fitting with the TDC/F flange into position in the Cornermatic Plus. When the

two levers, one located on each side of the bottom head duct fitting corner, are both

activated by the duct fitting, the cycle will start. After completion of the cycle, pull the duct

fitting away from the heads, rotate the duct fitting to the next corner, and repeat the

procedure. Repeat this procedure until all four corners of the duct fitting are completed, if

applicable.

E. SYSTEM SHUT-DOWN

1. Remove Air Pressure from the system.

2. Press DOWN on the control panel POWER OFF push-button switch. The ON control

switch lamp should extinguish.
