  If your Iowa Precision Industrial Equipment isn't starting or completing its cycle even though the start switches are working, the issue might be with the air valve. You can manually activate each air valve by turning the red screw on each valve clockwise about a quarter turn. Turning it counter-clockwise will turn the valve off. With the power off, cycle each valve at least 3 or 4 times to check for mechanical issues, broken parts, pinched or blocked air lines, low air pressure, or valve contamination.

Here's what you can do: 1. Completely remove electrical power from the machine. 2. Push each start lever and listen for a click. Adjust the switch lever if you hear two clicks, ensuring it activates with minimal lever rotation. 3. If there's no click, check the screw locking the start lever and switch cam. Retighten if loose; if stripped, consider drilling and tapping for a larger screw or replacing the part.
