V. Warranty
IPS-M720 pH/ORP Controllers
IPS Controllers warrants the IPS-M720 controller to be free of
defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ve (5) years
from the date of installaon. This warranty is limited to the repair
or replacement of defecve components (at our discreon) when
returned to the factory within the ve (5) year warranty period.
Other Components
IPS Controllers warrants all other components including ow cells
and ow switches for a period of one (1) year from the date of
installaon. Sensors will be under warranty for a period of one (1)
year from the date of factory purchase. This warranty is limited
to the repair or replacement of defecve components (at our
discreon) when returned to the factory within the one (1) year
warranty period.
Limitaon of Liability
This Limited Warranty excludes liability for any damage during
transportaon, consequenal damages of any kind, damages due
to improper installaon or improper operaon, improper handling
of chemicals, and the use of this product in applicaons for which
it was not designed.
Claims
All warranty claims should be directed to IPS Controllers at the
contact point listed below. Aer receiving a Returned Merchandise
Authorizaon (RMA) number, all product must be returned
(shipping prepaid) to the factory for evaluaon.
