CLEARING JAMS
If the tape jams inside the dispenser near the cutting blade, proceed as follows:
1. Turn the dispenser OFF and UNPLUG it. See Figure 18.
2. Cut the tape roll just behind the upper tape plate to get it out of your way.
3. Remove the upper tape plate.
4. Raise the shear blade by moving the lever located to the right of the feed wheel forward. See Figure
19.
