• Ironman 4x4 BBC / BBCD / BBA / BBT067-NL / BBT067-SL / BBT067-TL Bull Bars fit
to a Mitsubishi MR Triton 11/2018+
• It will take about 4 hours to install.
IMPORTANT: Bull bar installations should only be done by a qualified person
and it’s the responsibility of this person to ensure correct fitment.
NOTE: This product has been tested for air bag compatibility
and therefore the mounting system MUST NOT be modified

Vehicle Preparation and Disassembly

Check compatibility and remove factory bumper, grill, sensors, and associated parts.

Cradle Mounting and Hole Marking

Temporarily fit the bull bar cradle to the chassis and mark holes for drilling.

Chassis Drilling Operations

Drill specified holes in the chassis cross member using a hole saw.

Mounting Support Brackets

Attach chassis support brackets to the inner and outer faces of the chassis.

Crush Tube Insertion and Cradle Reinstallation

Insert crush tubes and reinstall the mounting cradle, tightening all hardware.

Bumper Modification and Final Checks

Modify the bumper bar by cutting and refitting, then perform final checks.

Bull Bar Attachment to Cradle

Fit the bull bar to the mounting cradle using bolts and drill pinning holes.

Washer Bottle Relocation

Relocate the washer bottle, connect wiring, and secure it behind the headlight.

Protection Plates and Guard Liners

Fit protection plates to the bull bar and trim guard liners using cable ties.

Parking Sensor Installation

Install parking sensors into the bull bar using provided holder kits and stickers.

Winch Mounting and Connection

Bolt the winch to the cradle, mount the control box, and connect motor cables.

Battery Cable Routing and Hose Attachment

Connect battery cables securely into the engine bay and attach the breather hose.

Diagrams illustrating park light, indicator, and fog light connections.
