2.4.3 Bottle Volume
In this programming step, enter the capacity of
the bottle installed in the base section of the
sampler. As shown on the display, acceptable
values range from 3500 to 9990 milliliters.
The GLS typically uses standard bottles
provided by Isco. When using Isco’s standard
bottles refer to the chart below for
recommended values. You will note that the
value is less than the total capacity. This
reduces the possibility of missed samples due to
a Bottle Full error, or spills when recovering
the sampler.
