HIGH PRESSURE PUMP
Loss of, or erratic,
output pressure.
Worn nozzles Replace worn parts.
The pump is sucking in air
Check the water inlet and the supply
pipes for water-tightness.
Valves and seals worn. Replace worn parts.
Filter blocked Clean high-pressure pump lter
Water present in
crankcase oil.
Segments or oil retainers worn Replace worn parts.
Water leaking out via
crankcase and cylinder
head.
Worn or broken pistons and seals Replace the worn piston or seal.
WATER SOFTENER
The softener is
supplying hard water
Bypass valve open Close the bypass valve.
No salt in brine tank
Add salt to the brine tank and keep the
salt level above the water line.
