MAINTENANCE

Before any maintenance operation on the machine or any of its optionals, please observe the following precautions:

• Use appropriate Personal Protection Equipment as necessary.

• Switch off the power at the main switch.

• Cut off the air and water.

INFORMATION

» Use only original spares.

DANGER

» Before any maintenance operation, please proceed with extreme care, and use the

appropriate PPE.

» It is totally forbidden to climb on top of the equipment to perform any action, whether it is

for maintenance or repairs.

DANGER

» When you have opened the door, switch off at the main power switch. Failure to do so may

cause serious injury or death.

» Only maintenance supervisors specically trained for this purpose by members of the

Ofcial Technical Service of the ISTOBAL network may perform these operations.

DANGER

» All maintenance tasks are to be performed with the electricity, water and air switched off.

However, the tasks indicated in the table with the symbol should be performed with the

electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic power on. Thus, proceed with extreme caution, cordon

off the zone to prevent access by any unauthorised person, and use the corresponding

PPE.
