Wired chairman unit can initiate a fixed option of 3-button voting; PC software can initiate
a fixed option of 3-button voting, 5- button election, 5- button rating, and user-defined options
2/3/4/5 button election. Shown as following, fixed option 3-button voting process.
Fixed option 3-button voting: press the corresponding button for voting.
