This command enables or disables the Socket Server function.

Arguments：
<0|1|OFF|ON>
Query Syntax：
SYSTem:COMMunicate:LAN:SOCket[:STATe]?
Returns：
<OFF|ON>

This command enables or disables the Telnet Server function.
