In case th at the bobbin thr ea d is not wound evenly on the bobbn , l oosen the nut @a nd rum the bobbin thread
tension to
adju st th e height of the thread ten s ion disk<]).
It is the sta ndard that the center of the bobbin is as high as the center of the thread tension disk.
Move the position of the thread tension disk <]) to the direction of A as shown in the figure on the left when the
winding amoun of the bobbin t hr ead on the lo wer part of the bobbin is excessive and to the direction ofB as
sh
own in th e figure on the l eft when the winding amou nt of the bobbin thread on the upper part of th e bobbin
is excessive.
After
the adju stment , tighten the n ut @.
7) To adju st the tension of the bobbin winder, tum the thread tension nut ® .
(CAUTION) 1. When winding th e bo bbin thread, staart the winding in the state that the thread between
the bobbin and thread tension disk <]) is tense.
2. When winding the bobbin thread in the state that sewing is not performed , remove the
needl e thread from the thread path of thread take-up and remove the bobbin from the
hook.

2) As you turn screw ®counterclockwise (in direction®), the bobbin thread tension wi ll be decrea sed.
