9. Slow down and use extra care on hillsides. Read Section 3.7. Use caution when operating near drop
off points.
10. Never use your hands to clean cutting units. Use a brush to remove grass clippings from blades.

7.4 FITTING THE CUTTING UNITS TO THE
MACHINE
1. With the lift arms in the lowered position
slide the cutting unit pivot yoke (A) up to the
mounting shaft (B).
2. Fit Washer (C) to shaft (B).
3. Smear bushes with grease.
4. Align the shaft (B) with the cutting unit pivot
yoke (A).
5. Slide pivot yoke (A) on to the mounting shaft
(B).
6. Fit Collar (D) to mounting shaft (B).
7. Secure with cap screw (E) and lockwasher
(F).
