TO ADJUST THE POSITION OF CHAINING-OFF FINGER
When set the needle plate stung knob (E) at guide line “S”, chaining-off finger (B) should touch
with the side of needle plate (C) and tip of chaining-off finger should be at the same level as the
tip pin of the needle plate (D).
To adjust:
1. Remove the presser foot.
2. Set the needle plate setting knob (E) at the guide line (S) on needle plate.
3. Loosen 2 setscrews (A), and move chaining-off finger unit (B) to correct position.
4. Tighten 2 setscrews (A).
5. Set the needle plate setting knob (E) at the guide line (S) and (R) on needle plate and check
the position of chaining-off finger unit (B).
6. Attach the presser foot
