Janome 634D - Front Panel Unit

TO CHANGE THE FRONT PANEL UNIT
To remove:
1. Remove the face plate unit, belt cover unit and tension cover unit.
2. Move the upper looper (F) to its lowest position by turning the balance wheel in counterclock-
wise.
3. Remove set screws (A, B, C, D & E), and remove the front panel unit (G).
To attach:
4. Attach the front panel unit (G), and tighten setscrews (A, B, C, D & E).
To set the thread take-up lever position, the thread take-up lever (H) and the thread take-up
lever cover (I) should be set at F position as shown below.
5. Attach the tension cover unit, belt cover unit and face plate unit.
