The needle and/or thread may not be suitable for the fabric being sewn, so use suitable needle and/or thread. If you are sewing stretch, very fine fabrics and synthetics, use a blue needle. Also, ensure the needle thread is properly threaded. Finally, a poor-quality needle can cause this issue, so use a high-quality needle.
