9.2. Alarm and solutions
Continuously
output the
maximum
capacity
current of
welder
Restart the welder. If it is still in overcurrent
protection, contact the after-sales department of the
company.
Input network
voltage is too
low
Turn it off and on again. If this the alarm cannot be
eliminated and the grid voltage remains too low,
check the power grid voltage and wait for the grid to
be normal before welding. If the grid voltage is
normal and the alarm persists, contact professional
maintenance personnel.
Input network
voltage is too
high
Turn it off and on again. If the alarm cannot be
eliminated and the grid voltage remains too high,
check the power grid voltage and wait for the grid to
be normal before welding. If the grid voltage is
normal and the alarm persists, contact professional
maintenance personnel.
Undervoltage
in the driver
Turn it off and on again. If the alarm cannot be
eliminated, contact professional maintenance
personnel.
Inverter IGBT
temperature is
too high
Do not turn off the machine. Wait for a while, and
then continue welding after the indicator goes out.
Output rectifier
diode is too hot
Do not turn off the machine. Wait for a while, and
then continue welding after the indicator goes out.
No-load
voltage is too
high
Turn it off and on again. If the alarm cannot be
eliminated, contact professional maintenance
personnel.
Note! After applying the above countermeasures, the alarm still cannot be lifted or
reappears after lifting. Please contact professional maintenance personnel.
