Adjusting Tilt Position - Multi Height Base
The Star X offers a range of tilt when the chair is located upon its multi height base. Always
ensure that the weight of the chair and the user are supported when adjusting the tilt.
The chair can be operated at any point within the tilt range and the arms can be adjusted
to provide suitable tray positioning. The chair can be tilted to 30 degrees recline to assist
with positioning and support. To adjust the tilt:
Depress lever (A)
and manually tilt
the chair to the
desired position
whilst supporting
the chair by the
handle at the top.
Once a suitable
position of tilt has
been achieved,
release the lever
to lock the seat
into place.

Loosen lock lever (B) by turning
anti-clockwise.
Tilt the chair into the desired
position.
Securely tighten the lock lever
(B) by turning clockwise.
