4. INSERT 1 SCREW INTO EACH SET OF ALIGNED HOLES BY TWISTING IT IN CLOCKWISE.
5. AFTER ALL 4 SCREWS ARE INSERTED, TIGHTEN EACH ONE BY TURNING IT CLOCKWISE WITH THE 4MM ALLEN KEY.
6. CHECK THAT THE HANDLEBAR IS SECURE IN THE STEM.
