Filters
This unit may be equipped with an optional 1” or 2”
throwaway lter, which should be replaced on a reg-
ular basis. The time interval between each replace-
ment should be established based on regular inspec-
tion of the lter, and should be recorded in the log for
each unit. At a minimum, lters should be inspected
monthly and replaced if needed. Refer to the Filters
Chart for recommended lter size for each product
type and size.
If the replacement lters are not purchased from the
factory, the lters used should be the same type, size
and MERV rating as that furnished from or recom-
mended by the factory.
Optional 1” and 2” pleated lters are available and
can be used in this unit. 1” or 2” lter clips can be
purchased, and will need to be used accordingly.
Changing lter thickness and type can change static
pressure. Contact the local Sales Representative for
the correct lter upgrade specication, lter clips, and
availability.
Filter Replacement
The optional lter is held in place by three (3) lter
clips. To replace the lter, rotate the lter clips 180-de-
grees, and pull the lter away from the unit. Replace
with a new lter, and once in place, rotate the lter
clips 180-degrees back to their original position.
