operation.

Chilled water outlet temperature fell down abnormally
during cooling operation.

Stop without dilution
Refrigerant temperature fell down abnormally during
cooling operation, and then refrigerant overcool relay
was activated.

Cooling Water Inlet Temperature).
Stop after dilution
Cooling water inlet temperature had been kept at its
lower limit or lower for 30 minutes or longer during
cooling operation.

continuously during solution pump automatic
operation while cooling operation.
Control Sensor Abnormal
Temperature sensor and/or pressure sensor detected
abnormal value due to disconnection, short circuit,

CPU was judged to be abnormal.

Solution circulation pump thermal relay, or overheat
switch was activated.
