Note: Johnson Controls are not be responsible for any damage in shipment or at job site or
loss of parts.
When you receive the containers at the job site, open and check the contents against the packing
list. Report any material shortage to Johnson Controls immediately.
Data plates
A unit data plate is mounted on the control center assembly of each unit. Refer to the unit data
plate for the following information:
• Unit model number
• Design working pressure
• Water passes
• Refrigerant charge
• Serial numbers
• Motor power characteristics and connection diagrams
A control panel data plate, which includes the control panel part number and serial number, is also
included. If the unit is equipped with an optional solid state starter or variable speed drive (VSD), it
has its own data plate with serial number.
