Solution
Use the ”Joint MQ” app to check whether the host
IP, port, and APN parameters are correct. Place the
SIM card in another new JT709A device, and
confirm that there is no problem with the SIM card
itself. It has been recharged and the GPRS function
has been activated.
Question 3: The platform sends an unlock command remotely, and the
lock cannot be unlocked
Answer
Please check if the device is online. If ythe device
are offline, please refer to Question 2 to answer.

Please swipe the RFID card or shake the device to
wake up ,make it working
Question 4: The battery of the device is exhausted and cannot be
unlocked, how to unlock it in an emergency
Answer
The device needs to be charged on site.
Solution
The user can use the 5V output port of the mobile
power supply to connect to the USB port of the
adapter charging cable, plug the other end of the
charging cable into the external charging port of the
device, charge for 30 minutes, and then swipe the
authorization card to unlock.
