The following is a list of maintenance procedures that must be performed on the Rider. For those points not
described in this manual, visit an authorised service workshop.

WARNING!
No service operations may be performed on the engine or mowing deck unless:
• The engine has been stopped. • The parking brake is actuated.
• The ignition key has been removed. • The mowing deck is disengaged.
• The ignition cable has been removed from the spark plug.
MAINTENANCE
1)
First change after 5 hours. Replace after every 25 hours on FR 2115 with heavy loads or high temperatures.
2)
Under dusty
conditions cleaning and replacement should take place more frequently.
3)
With daily use, the Rider should be lubricated twice weekly.
4)
Performed by an authorised service workshop.
Check the engine oil level on FR 2111, FR 2113 41 ●
Check the engine oil level on FR 2115 42 ●
Check the engine’s cooling air intake 33 ●
Check the fuel pump’s air filter 30 ●
Check the steering wires 24 ●
Check the brakes 25 ●
Check the battery 30 ●
Check the safety system FR 2111 31 ●
Check the safety system FR 2113, FR 2115 32 ●
Check nuts and bolts – ❍
Check for any fuel or oil leakage – ❍
