6 Recycling
At the end of their useful life, all JOST products must be
sorted by material and disposed of in an environmentally
responsible manner.
Check whether JOST products, spare and wear parts can be
recycled before disposal. Recycle as many parts as possible.
Pay attention to the relevant laws and regulations.
The installed parts are valuable raw materials that can be
recycled. They can be separated into plastic, rubber and
metal materials. Before disposal, clean parts to remove any
residual oil or grease.
When disposing of electronic components, observe waste dis-
posal regulations in your country.
You can obtain more information from your local waste dis-
posal centre.
