1-1-2. Timing Belt XB
(1) Remove the SL6053592TN (4 pcs.) and SL6052592TN (3 pcs.), then detach the head plate
and the X-belt support assembly.
(2) Loosen the SL6052592TN (4 pcs.) fixing the X-belt supports L and R, and loosen the X-belt
tension adjustment screw (SM6057552TP). After that, remove the SL6052592TN to separate
the X-belt support R.
(3) Remove the SL6042092TN sandwiching the timing belt to replace the belt.
(4) Sandwich the timing belt XB by the X-belt support (2) and X-belt support L or X-belt support R,
and secure them using the SL6042092TN. At this time, apply Loctite 277 to the SL6042092TN
and tighten the SL6042092TN evenly with a tightening torque of 5 N･m.
(5) Reassemble the components in the reverse order of disassembly.
(6) Adjust the tension of the timing belt XB. (See the adjustment procedure on page 1-4.)
