(5) Reassemble the components in the order of steps (3) to (1).
Drive belt tension must be adjusted as explained below.
<Procedure>
 Loosen the screws  fixing the IN and OUT motors to the rail stand F and screw ②
located on the top of the motor bracket A.
 Tighten up the screw  to increase the belt tension.
 Measure the tension using a sonic belt tension meter (manufactured by UNITTA) and
adjust it to between 12 and 16N.
(Weight=4.0, Width=9.0, Span=75)
After the belt tension has been adjusted, tighten the screws  to fix the motors to the rail
stand.
Note) Belt (tension) is stretched excessively.
→ Torque of the drive shaft increases.
Note) Belt (tension) is loosened excessively.
→ Teeth on the timing pulley are skipped.
(Noise is produced.)
