4. LUBRICATION AND DRAINAGE
Remove oil sight window ❶IURPWKHRLOLQOHW$GGOXEULFDWLQJRLOVSHFL¿FDOO\PDGHIRUPDFKLQHVZKLFKUXQDWD
super-high speed (JUKI MACHINE OIL #18) supplied with the unit or equivalent through the oil inlet.
When the oil surface reaches the space between two marker lines on the oil gauge, tighten oil sight window ❶.
WARNING :
To protect against possible personal injury due to abrupt start of the machine, be sure to start the
following work after turning the power off and ascertaining that the motor is at rest.

1) Loosen the screw ❶ and drain all the oil inside the
oil tank. Then, tighten the screw ❶ again.
2) In order to extend the term of usage, please replace

it every four months.
